How soon can you come out?
We offer free on-site estimates 7 days a week. Most estimates are scheduled within a day or two. For emergency situations — active leak, storm damage — call us directly at 815-721-4666 and we'll prioritize your call.
What does a free estimate include?
A full on-site inspection by an experienced crew member, not a salesperson. Written itemized estimate covering materials, labor, and any related work. If insurance is involved, we document the damage and provide everything your adjuster needs.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. On-site estimates are always free and no-obligation. We'll tell you honestly what we find and what it'll cost — even if the answer is that you don't need as much work as you thought.
How quickly can work start after the estimate?
Emergency repairs: typically same week. Repairs and smaller jobs: 1–2 weeks out. Full replacements: 2–4 weeks depending on material lead times and our schedule. We give you a firm start date in writing.
